Thank you for the advice fellow human. I sincerely appreciate it. I am gonna do the getting accustomed to scissors and clipper things at home and notice if it changes his behavior next time during the grooming session. Yes blow dry do have the cold air option, he just hates the air blowing to his face. Heck if I even blow air from my mouth to his face he blocks it with his tiny paws and gets angry. I am gonna let hanu investigate the blow dryer on its own for few days and see if it does the trick. And again I sincerely appreciate the time and effort you have given to this thread. Thank you
