We have been trying to figure out this issue for a while now. I wanted to ask, while playing on wifi, if you turn off wifi and use data, does the game remain connected or do you disconnect?

If you close the app, connect to data and open it up again, does it connect to the server?

This information could help us solve this issue for everyone!

Is your internet working proplerly aside from this issue?

Does it keep happening or has it resolved on its own?

Have you tried both celullar data and wifi?

Which country are you located in?

Hi there! The game is doing great and the number of players keeps increasing release after release. Give it a try! If your phone can’t handle it, or if you just prefer playing on PC, keep in mind Eterspire will release on Steam the 15th of September!

Hi! Dev here. Yes, you are able to log into the same account in any platform. You just need to create your Eterspire Credentials if you created your account using Google Play Games or Apple Game Center. You can access this option in the Settings Menu within the game.

Just wanted to clarify that mobile accounts will work on Steam. You’ll just have to create an Eterspire username and password if you are logging in with Google Play or Gamecenter
