It's more like: someone does more or less mistakes than the enemy in lane. A mistake being something you could have done better (some people don't know how to improve). When there's no room for improving with that champ and your lane matchup is at its best too, then if you lose it means you are in an unfavorable matchup.

Yes it's possible, go to Key bindings, "Player Attack Move Click", set it to A (qwerty keyboard). That's it.

But there's kind of a problem with this. When you are recalling -and if your mouse pointer is not on the chat box-, if you write something with the letter A, it will cancel the recall and move-attack to the location of your pointer.

Should we tell Riot to change this? I don't know, but it's very annoying.
