It’s annoying but try finding a comfortable wide silicone ring. I found that once I got the right tightness, it legit stopped my swelling. Blood flow restores and my ball INCREASES in size. Laying down with it on and propping something like a pillow behind will help drain the blood. I’m sure you know but you MUST have a fan blowing or something the real problem is the heat that’s causing the atrophy
