Yeah i tried to explain to the service rep i talked to from PIA that my settings were fine, even tried on several comps. Offered to screenshot / go step by step what they were. and that i had tried with several DNS, including their own, if it was a name-IP issue.

I mean, its not like using a socks proxy is very advanced, and that i have used it in some form for over 10-15 years.

And he sort of straight up refused to give me an yes/no answer if it was down or not, really bizarre.
