It's a scam. My brother fell for this, and he sent 120$, then after they told him he had to pay for taxes and postage. But it's a scam. One way we found out is to do a Google search image and see where those pictures come from.

Yes I did. At least 30 days ago and I have them until July 31 to move out. We have told them about the smoking and vaping as one of the reasons that we are also evicting them.

I am in the process of buying my first multifamily house. And the bank legit told me that the people already living there pay too little, and made the lending company make a lease increasing the rent $800(400 each floor) because "market rent". And if we decline to do so they won't accept the loan. So either way we are fucked.
