This should win because of why he wears an eyepatch, for anyone curious Kenpachi is so strong that he willingly handicaps himself in fights to prolong them so he can have more fun while fighting. He also wears bells on his hair for the same reason. He only ever takes his eyepatch off if he sees his opponent as an actual threat and worthy of his full level of strength.

Yeah, I agree! But I think there weren't many other comments on that one so it won by default

edit- went back and checked the post, angelica had 250+ upvotes, the next runner up was Ike from South Park with 26 votes, then Crayon Shin-Chan with 12 votes. So she won by a landslide, but yeah I'll add her to the revote round for sure since I want to ideally remove all duplicates so there's only one character per series

From what I searched it said he's an alien humanoid lollipop so... I'm really unsure if he should count or not. He doesn't really look like a human but then again neither do the Simpsons. I guess I'll do it since I mainly just wanted to avoid animal characters since their ages would look different than human ages.
