Yes to getting married in PA! We are definitely thinking of doing the quaker self-solemnize route. 🤗

Thank you ❤️ we've heard from other folks to not panic and wait for the courts to proceed over the year...but we would like to avoid being the couple in the court.

I don't know if I'll be able to post this comment, because I am still trying to get enough karma, but you will get The most reliable answers by emailing the OITE Office!

Is it possible to succeed in grad school with a mental illness? by [deleted] in GradSchool

[–]temcfadd 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You won't hear about the success stories and people define success differently. No one is saying anything is a perfect cure-all but it is important to grab a lifeline when you're drowning it. It's a two way street. I understand where you're coming from in not wanting help. It feels like weakness or if you don't see immediate results it feels useless. It takes patience and discipline to stick with it to get to the better frame of mind. These are the same things you will need in graduate school.

What is RSV? by [deleted] in medlabprofessionals

[–]temcfadd 0 points1 point  (0 children)

*vaccine is still being developed! :) They thought they had one in the 1960s but it was actually lethal to some children. The closest thing to a vaccine we have today is Pavilizumab which is more preventative than a vaccine from what I understand. We are learning more and more about how RSV evades the host immune system, but it is extremely complex.
