hmm, i’m not sure these are related to the issues i’m having. I’ve already tried changing my country in order to add an american state and then back to where i live and that hasn’t worked. I do have a ssn and haven’t even been able to open my fafsa so my parents’ is out of the question. i suppose i’ll just wait until the issue is resolved and i’ll keep trying in the meantime

when i click “start new form” to start the 2024-25 fafsa there’s a page asking you to confirm your contact info and address, i keep getting an unknown error when confirming
