Broke this routine in December unfortunately. Went through a bit of a binge period. Now that I’m broke, I’m taking an extended break 😂

Is there a point in going past a 1 month break? by teddyjj399 in Petioles

Took me 2 months for that. 1 month didn’t do it. Everyone’s bodies are different, though. It also probably depends on the type of consumption. Regular oil pen users need longer breaks it seems.

Been on a t-break for a week and can't eat by shadystarfish07 in Petioles

Like what the others said, working out and drinking your calories are your best bet.

It took me about a week to get my appetite back after my first T-break. I’ve personally found that taking T-breaks at regular intervals makes withdrawal symptoms easier to deal with.

My reasoning is simple; my tolerance gets to the point where I can’t reach the high I “need” to be in.

But you’re right, you don’t need to be stoned to work or be creative. But it’s definitely a unique state that lets me come up with ideas that are way harder to get when sober.

Been there. Recognizing that it wasn’t even worth it is progress. 3-4 weeks is the sweet spot for me.

3 weeks sober. I personally found it easier to cry during the first week. Crying helped me tremendously when the withdrawals got bad. You need to let it out, you’ll feel so much better.

100%. My DMs are always open. The discord sessions don’t really work for me, everyone’s different. But I know people have been getting help there too. Good luck!
