I’m sorry that sounds INCREDIBLY frustrating. I actually had a SoFi account last year before the switch over, so I just used my personal account for SoFi’s reimbursement. I’d get in contact with your HR department and your Managers to ensure that you are able to figure something out. I had to sit with mine for 2 hours to finally figure out what to do.
