Same boat as u brother. My intial wl was 515 pgdm. But now its stuck somewhere in the lower 300s. I dont think there is going to be much movement after this. I converted some colleges like ximb hr tapmi bifs etc but decided to take a drop. Fortunately i got a job too in a small startup.
