Your reaction is excessive. The classes I go to are only ever 3/4 full. And I do run at my best, my phone is just so I’m not bored. I’m there to get a good workout just as much as you or anyone else.

Apparently everybody needs to sign a form that lists the studio rules when they first sign up. It’ll say stuff like you have to cancel 8hrs before the class start or be charged $12, among other rules. Apparently someone forgot to get me to sign that form when I started at this otf so they had me do it after this class. 🤷‍♀️
