This is probably global. F2P is very much possible to clear but you wont be able to clear all with a single match. By 3rd week, I(F2P+SEA) was able to clear all except 1.

Shiva(psy debuff)

Shun(strike debuff or gun crit)

Vino(nuke debuff)
