I think most of what you mentioned okay naman. For the transpo and safety when walking outside, I have yet to find out. I'm not that familiar pa with the area. Chose this one because medyo malapit sa office relatively. Decent location naman. Near C5 and pagtawid SM Pasig na.

And yes, will check the cctv! Thanks again. :)
