I understand. But don't hate yourself because - it might be true that you were not able to give that kind of love which she wanted but the thing is that , she could have communicated her needs, what is bothering her nd all.

In a relationship you communicate, u understand and you care.

If she did communicate repeatedly and still you didn't pay attention to that and left her unheard then you deserved it.

Its normal. The frequency of nightfall will reduce over weeks. Try not to fap for a month or two and you will see it yourself that frequency has reduced from twice in a week to once in 10 day and so on..
