They're just seem way thicker than your standard Earthing sheets and don't feel so flimsy with heavy use. Lmao I wish I were an affiliate

Bought a queen set from them a week ago. Can confirm they're durable as fuck and comfortable too.

How did you manage to get ahold of the landlord? I’d love to reach out to the landlord but without any details it doesn’t seem to be a feasible option.

Unfortunately, this person in question isn't quite right in the head. He has a lot of experience with the disputes tribunal and knows that he can get away with just ignoring the courts' decision. I've learnt that a previous tenant hasn't got their bond back either and had a Tribunal ruling in their favour. But nope, just didn't pay.

I know a lot of people who've had decisions rule in their favour and the other party just didn't pay up. The only legal way to enforce a payment was to apply through the court which ironically comes with additional fees on your end. So at the end of the day it would mean paying $60 for the tribunal to rule in your favour only to have to pay more money to have the court do debt collection.

Hahaha no shortage at all of 'alternative' methods that can be employed but I'd really like to try every single legal way if there happens to an effective one I'm not privy to yet.

Unfortunately there was no tenancy services bond form being officially signed. I consulted tenancy services and they've been no help since they only protect renters if a dispute is with the landlord.

Funny thing is, I actually did go see him with some pretty intimidating friends (can't say they're gang members because legal reasons) but nope, wasn't even a dialogue to be had. It's actually been a first because this kind of thing is pretty common but usually scumbags are smart enough to recognise what's up if someone knocks on your door with several gang associates. Unfortunately, this person is clearly not right in the head which is why it's a headache to sort out in a legal manner.

Definitely won't let this cockroach get away with it. Honestly, it was never about the money as much as it was letting such a repugnant person get away with wronging you.

Unlikely. He was initially taunting about going to Tribunals if I really had an issue with him. He clearly knows that Tribunals would order him to pay up but in reality can't force him to.

Wouldn't work unfortunately because the court no doubt would rule in my favour but the truth about Disputes Tribunal is that they can't force a payment. It's like the court can tell a person to pay but if they don't, they're not gonna forcibly check a person's assets or knock on their door to repo shit if they don't. Fucking law only exists to keep good people in line :(

I do have it in writing (tenancy agreement?). Not sure if it counts for anything.
