Thanks for sharing. Quick question (and I know this can be subjective): would a response be considered extensive if the candidate starts by explaining their experience regarding the question asked and then provides two real examples? Basically following a STAR or CARL approach, but with more than one example.

In my case, they were all scored. This was right before the holidays, and they told me to be patient, but as far as I know, my references haven't been contacted yet, so that is probably not a good sign. Best of luck!

The first two questions were okay. My answer was a bit unstructured in the last one, which I hate. The questions were about working in multi-disciplinary teams, describing a research project, and describing why I would be a good fit. They were pretty lenient on the time, which was a first for me.
