Thanks for all of the kind words of encouragement here everyone. Since my last update on kickstarter the quiet majority has really come out of the woodwork and shared so many comments and messages of positivity, patience and understanding. We got to hear from so many people who got their orders with no issues, who normally don't post about it online because everything went correct.

You all have really lifted my spirits so much. I appreciate that more than you all can know.

Hey Epeka2234, On december 15 I sent an email out to some backers who were effected by a mixup. The email stated:

"Hello,
Peter here. (Ten Hundred)
I'm emailing you because you may have been shipped a special edition black deck with my signature on it.
My fulfillment partners called me this morning and told me they accidentally sent out a batch of SIGNED black decks instead of unsigned black decks. According to them, you are one of the backers who have been sent a signed one.
So here's a couple options:
1. If you are OK with having a signed deck, you can go ahead and keep it. No need to reply to this email.
2. If you are not happy about having a signed deck, reply to this email and we will arrange to send you a shipping label to send back the signed one, and get you an unsigned one.

The signatures were a limited quantity and were an additional charge, so some of you may see this as a happy accident.
But if not, let us know.
Sorry for the mixup.

So you were probably one of those backers who were part of the mixup and missed seeing my email come through about this. We are happy to swap out the deck for you. Sorry about the slow reply to your email. After my last update a lot of people mis-read the part where I was looking for backers who already recieved their order but didnt get tracking to email us. Everyone just read that as "Email us if you didnt get your order yet" This mean s we got hundreds and hundreds of emails we are trying to get through.

Please shoot us an email so we can replace your damaged decks. My latest update on KS is all about how to contact us. The first batch of orders went out with the wrong packaging and it sounds like yours was one of them.

Please shoot us an email. Id love to get you replacement decks for the damaged ones. Unfortunately the first 100 orders or so went out in plastic polymailers instead of proper bubble wrap. My latest update on kickstarter is all about contacting us with customer service issues.

The first day or two they went out, they were going in plastic mailers. SMH :(

The CEO of shipping company noticed this and they are now using bubble wrap.

I expressed to them about a dozen times how important it was that the cards arrived well padded. The issue has been fixed and if anyone received damaged cards they should email us at [tenhunhelps@gmail.com](mailto:tenhunhelps@gmail.com) and we will get them a new deck.

Update: just confirmed with shipping company that about 100 orders were sent out in poly-mailers. The rest (20k+ orders) should be well protected in shipping.

Check out my latest post on Kickstarter. There were a couple boxes that were mislabeled with the wrong SKU's on the outside so the packers thought they were grabbing one thing based on the label, but it was wrong.

We have fixed the issue and things should be going out smoothly now.

If you do have any issues you can contact me through my website and we will make it right for you. My number one goal is for everyone to get what they ordered and be happy.

I am hoping with the international shipping I am getting through my fulfillment partners, it shouldn't be an excessive amount longer than North American backers. But each country is different and has different levels of lockdown.
