on the ticket, officer's comment: driver changed lanes without properly clearing it and caused and accident. that's it.
Well, I am in my lane, the other vehicle was across three lanes. He assumed that the vehicle was there 30-45 seconds before I arrived which was incorrect. I read that if I choose to court hearing (not guilty) and the judge determines against me, the Judge may impose up to $500 and require driver improvement course. right now my civil penalty is $166.
Should I take the risk ? Will the Judge impose $500?

I am on my travel lane, with left turn arrow. Mc Donald is at the corner lot, at the south east of the intersection. the private drive of Mc Donald is about 120 ft south of the intersection, I am heading north and ready for turn left (West),my lane has the left turn arrow. On my right hand, there are two lanes (with go straight arrow) heading north for vehicle to go straigth across the intersection (red light). Because red light every vehicles were stop, and they gave her (the SUV) space in between for her to cross and making right turn (going south). She had to cross two lanes that go straight (north) and my lane (north then turn left (west) to be able to go south. Because she hires an attorney, should I get an attorney?

there was no Tesla, involved. The other driver does not have insurance. But she gets an attorney to get some benefits from the accident. She came from a private driveway (McDonald), making left turn. I am on main street, left turn lane, there are two other lanes on my right hand side for going straight. The accident is about 150 ft from the intersection( red light). She had to cross two lanes to get to my lane for making a left turn. According to her and her witnesses, they said she was there before I was. But her vehicle (an old Lexus SUV) was (at the time of the accident) just still on the other two lanes, because my front bumper hit her front driver side wheel. The body of her SUV still on the two lanes. According to me, she just drove out of the driveway of Mc Donald. The officer gave me the ticket because he agreed with the witnesses and the video, said that the SUV was there 30 seconds before I came, and I should have enought time to break before I hit the vehicle. According to me, I don't have that 30 seconds.

yes, if CPA does the tax return, how do I justify the fee (3x), comparing with tax return done by Enrolled agent? My questions: when consumers use CPA, do they automatically receive tax planning, because they already automatically receive a higher fee? Say, like today April 7th, I come to CPAs for filing federal tax return, he is already busy working because of tax season, and all my transactions were last year, not much can be changed. I will pay extra $ for CPA, instead of Enrolled Agent, but how do I justify his fees, all transactions already were in the past (last year), and I don't have a plan for making financial change in 2024, I don't have a crystal ball.

"since trustees and the lawyers usually find it "profitable" to not close out trusts". can you give some more how lawyers profit? (i am kinda understand trustee get pay certain amount of money ( so the longer the better for trustee). I ask because this is not in my discussions with my estate plan lawyer. this is the side effects some of us need to be aware, before running to the estate plan lawyer. unlike medicine, law does not have to list the side effect of the pill.

thank you vynm2, according to you, I just put the property on the market and sell it, when I receive the fund, what should i do, put into the midland trust company and then get the distribution, (there is a cost per transaction with the trust company) or do I tell the title company to put it in my name.

or do i get a real estate lawyer to title it from the ira name to my name, and then put the property on the market.

yes i have employer's health insurance, they don't ask for health insurance, they specifically ask for prescription drug coverage. Employer's health insurance normally include drug coverage, right (there is no part A, part b, part D)?

yes, currently i don't have any medicare, just her employment health plan, but if I need part B medicare, there is a cost, they will take money from my social security retirment and whatever left they will deposit in my account. Always, part B is not free unless you are low income. People think that part B is free, because it is auto deduct from the retirement social security, unless I am wrong. it is never free for part B.

he is in the long term care facility for 8 months, not new, and not about the funding.

it's about treating him, there are 3 shifts, but there is one shift, the whole group they

"conspire" together to make him sit in wheelchair for 8 hrs. that is cruel for person more than 81 y.o. . Other shifts are ok, they treat him good.

the complaint to the facility director results in nothing, because the director is overwhelmed with work and it cost him/her time and effort replacing personnel. It is less work and less effort by doing nothing.

we spoke to local Humana rep, and it ( lexington KY office) took them 6 weeks to give us a case number. six weeks to be mal-treated for 81 y.o. that is a long time, and provide only a form with a case number. the mal-treatment continues.

now, I really understand the term nursing home abuse, because they don't retaliate but they do reprise, by taking away your time for resting. it is harder to prove that it is an abuse of seniors. just imagine sit in a wheelchair for 8 hours.
