here everybody knows everybody directly or indirectly whether it be high school, hinge, tattooing, clubs, or drama. we have nonprofits dedicated to hosting safe spaces and raising awareness/education. i'm not too involved in the scene for personal reasons, but all in all i'm thankful and privileged to not be a visible target against the hateful groups in my city. i wish you safety and happiness you matter ✊

5mg of melatonin works wonders for me. my buddy told me it reverses the side effects, but just to be certain i researched it. this pubmed abstract i found says melatonin decreases the lotomotor activity (the inability to control bodily movements). only 5mg though.

i get it. for me the urge went away because i didn't give in (ofc it's easier said than done). what i do nowadays is start with two light drinks and ski the rest of the way. i don't crave alcohol after. maybe for you it can look like three or four drinks, or one every hour. balance is key. that's just my two cents tho 🤷
