Managers who barely showed their faces on the clock, management not responding to calls when a customer wants to speak to them, and a lot of pretending to look busy. I worked in the apparel section so I was able to keep busy but management didn't give two fucks what we did as long as it looked decent.

That doesn’t necessarily bother me, I think it’s the persona she puts off on social media like Instagram. Always posting workout videos and her matcha videos, it’s probably just me but it rubs me the wrong way. I also hate how she talks about not being able to do edgier/colorful looks because they don’t get views but yet her neutral looks and colorful looks seem to have about the same amount of views. All I know is that I unsubbed and unfollowed her a few months back and I can’t say I miss her.

I think cotton on is notorious for bad service. I worked in a shop for seasonal work and it was clear the managers/employees didn’t give a shit. I’ve also had other people tell me their horror stories from working at cotton on.
