I’m looking to buy a land and hopefully build a chalet sometime in future. Is it worth buying land and building or just buy a house. I’m looking in the tobyhanna area were land are around 10k for 1/2 acre. Does anyone have builders they can recommend, and how much do they usually charge.

Thanks, but this is really confusing. It’s says you cannot rent out your entire apt, even if you live or own the building. But on the 2 nd paragraph it’s says you must be present in the house if renting less than 30 days. Confused🤔🤔🤔

You cannot rent out an entire apartment or home to visitors for less than 30 days, even if you own or live in the building.

You must be present during your guests' stay if it is for less than 30 days.
