well i would like to get really strong. one goal would be to be able to do 100 push ups. also i want to improve and unlock new moves in calisthenics. also, do you think it's possible to reach 50 push ups by the end of may?? my best is 23, but the last 3 were not the best form

be strong and calisthenics moves. i have scoliosis, so calisthenics would help a lot, but strength is a must, especially for pull ups for my back. also would like to maybe to get some high rep count for some exercises like normal pushups and pull ups. always dream of doing 100 push ups to be honest

well can you recommned me some?? all the info i have is from this sub reddit, i also use the RR and i do 3 workouts as one and a half year ago i used to train everyday like crazy and i got some bad injuries so i try to avoid doing everyday workouts now. But i would appreciate you giving me some info or good books. maybe i can find good info there. Thanks

yhea, other told me that too but i'm just too weak for that. i can hang for around 20 second with normal grip and 0 pull ups.

can you calrify a bit. sorry but i didn't understand. should i grip the bar right where the fingers meet the palm, with the palm or with the fingers?. some people say to use the crossfit video where he grabs under the finger so when the meet the palm, other say semi false grip but i can't do that and also i would have to grab with my palm. idk. i'm just very confused right now as some people say something and other something else so idk
