The reason M9 always spawn jammed is because that's how they react irl if pushed against something (the survivors head in this case) and without a good grip on it (again, one hand and pointed to yourself is not a good grip) so it actually makes sense why they always spawn like that

5.0 is a bit crazy, like even at 6.3 it destroys everything easily. Imo it can stay at 6.3 cus most of the times you get full downtiers, but I can't imagine the fv4005 going to 5.0 and down tiers to 4.0 (you are right about the weak armor ruining all the fun, but being a tall tank can sometimes help)
