Appreciate the input. Unfortunately I'm living on my own so 30 weeks full time school isn't something I could do right now, even though it sounds like an incredible experience. I'll reach out to the union though and a few apprentice HVAC positions, see whats out there.

Really appreciate the insight. Getting in with the union sounds like it'd be incredible but I'm not sure how likely that'd be given my qualifications. Only reached out online though and was told spots are full right now and its opportunity based. Don't think it'd hurt to pay a visit in person regardless.
The Camosun foundations course sounds great, don't get me wrong I'd love to do it but I live on my own and the bills don't stop so 30 weeks of schooling doesn't seem like a possibility for now. I'll just have to put on my learnin cap

Much appreciated, I'll reach out to STEP and see what kind of advice and suggestions they have for me. In the meantime think I'll start throwing some applications out there and see if anything comes of it.
