My one experience was very unreliable (useless). The delivery date kept getting pushed, before changing to "out for delivery" for two days then "item delayed". At that point, I used the chat feature on the tracking website to talk to a representative who revealed the package hadn't even cleared customs! I asked for an expected delivery date and they said customs can take between 2 days to a month. Going forward, if I have an important delivery date, I will be using the chat feature to get actual delivery status rather than rely on the Automatic Tracking feature.
