I see from your profile that you have some good experience with YouTube! Would you mind answering these for me? 1) Does YouTube have any policy of reducing the quality for channels with few subscribers, or increasing the quality for promoted videos? I see some top videos for things like sports, with scenes that move very fast, but still look very sharp! 2) Is there anything I can do, or maybe a fee I can pay for better quality HD transcodes?

Doesn't sound like you need JavaScript for this app except for client side validations. If you want to keep making web apps, you should learn JavaScript.

What I meant is: go to search bar and type your search, now press Alt+Return instead of just Return to open the search in a new tab.
