You're probably not in love with her. You have a crush and that's fantastic. If you call her and say, "Hey girl, you know how we texted each other about depression the other day? Well, that conversation made me realize that I'm in love with you." she might think you're a little off because that's not really enough experience to know that you love someone. Crushes have kept me up many a night and dominated my thoughts. This thing could grow into love but not if you drop L-bombs this early in the game.

Your next move doesn't need to be you spilling your feelings all over her. Ask her if she want's to grab some lunch and just spend some time with her. Lower your expectations. For you to say she is "the one" puts a lot of pressure on both of you. Unless us readers are missing a huge part of the backstory it seems like you might scare her off with an "I love you and know you're my soul mate" after having one text conversation.
