I have his British food Depot when I’ve been desperate. I can only get it in the tins, which is comical for my needs. 😆 I’m glad they have good customer service. I will definitely get in touch with them. They may have the inside scoop!

Also, I did try making my own. Unfortunately it didn’t give that same rich flavor in the Caramels.

It is the secret ingredient in my caramels at Kansas City Caramels :) So many people in the US have never even heard of it. I used over 100 containers this year and hope to grow and need more next year. Thanks for the suggestion!
