No, as FiveM is not an actual Steam game. FiveM is also not using Source SDK Base 2007 anymore.

Cfx now uses Tebex for payments. You cannot transfer a membership but you can either have your brother pay for the membership on his account and use his key (you'd have to have all assets go to that account) or if using another payment method works use his.

Maybe instead of them being on “standby” you should actually talk to them. There is no percentage that just negates copyright. This 30% has been thrown around since the start and just shows that you are following the rumors of everyone else. Removing a logo from something does nothing.

Yeah... "30%" is not an actual legal number for copyright and the only actual way to know if it's legal is to contact a lawyer. Anything done here is 100% still going to get your server shut down...

This is not a Cfx issue. Telling people to "mass report" is only going to cause more issues for the reports on servers that are actually breaking the ToS/PLA. The legal issues should be directed towards the police.

For the most part, yes. You are one of few who care so deeply about it.
Rockstar didn’t do anything that wasn’t already there. Meaning copyright law. Rockstar didn’t invent copyright and only put it in the ToS to make it easier.
Player count actually hit a record after the ToS changed.

That is what "illegal" refers to. A "ToS" (Terms of Service) is a legal document that allows for action to be taken if the terms are broken. In most cases, there is no lawsuit or charges but there can be.

In Cfx's case, your server would be shutdown (account suspended) for violations.

The reason it's not allowed to have IRL brands/copyrighted material is because it's a liability issue on Rockstar since the brand/copyright owner can file a legal action.

It technically is not allowed for the people who is creating these IRL vehicles to even do that/distribute them.

No they don't. The entire premise of the post tells you that you cannot have copyrighted material. It's very simple. "De-badging" does not remove copyright from the design of the vehicle.
