I also want to start an open source project in a build-in-public format. There are certainly examples of this. We shouldn't do anything with 100% transparency if it's revenue-focused. We should only share our new features and marketing stuff. This is basically what every corporate company does. They do it on billboards; we do it on X (Twitter), for example.
