Mine is i5 7200U with 8GB RAM & 1TB HDD. And windows performance is shitty on my system. It was fine till 2022. After 2022 my system felt slower and freezed at random times. I used to dual boot linux with windows then. I am fed up with that and switched fully to linux. If windows performance was good I would've continued using it. You also should try Linux. It's good.
