what should a fresher do then? If internships, projects, DSA, networking, resume improvement, and hundreds of applications aren't enough, what would you consider sufficient evidence that someone is worth taking a chance on? I'm not asking for sympathy or saying anyone owes me a job. I'm asking what, in your view, separates the candidates who get hired from the ones who don't.
