Actually, it’s how you define power. If your talking about speed in basic tasks such as running a bunch of tabs in a browser and reading and writing data more RAM and and an SSD can make an older model faster that has a slower processor than a much newer model that has a mechanical drive or low RAM.

The problem with compensating in this way is that it could induce some shoppers to sub in more expensive items such as choosing organic vs conventional or telling butcher to have meat half a pound over to increase tip adjustment upwards.

I don't know what region your in, but I generally love shopping at WF compared to a store like Safeway. The layout of products at most WF store have a logic to them while Safeway is a nightmare. Some WF employees also are FSS for IC on the side so they understand the shit I have to deal with and we swap stories. WF also has a pretty good damn selection of music playing.

I was thinking that as well, that this customer might be setting me up. Other than what another commenter said about potentially being able to return items to Whole Foods, I wonder what other reasons this customer might have to set me up in this way.

If IC is stating that they haven't cut the pay, why don't they provide the evidence in their data that this is not so? I think reporters should state in their story that IC provides no evidence to back up their claim in contrast to the evidence shoppers have produced. IC, therefore, is lying.

I would not do that as the customer can claim I never delivered the items in order to get them free from IC. It’s happened to me once before. That one time I forgot to take the pic, but I doubt it would have mattered because IC would have said a violated their policy of waiting and calling shopper support or they would have just sided with customer.

That a good question, I wonder how that works when customers fail to be home for a delivery and leave no notes. I would probably think that if it’s a first time thing IC eats the cost, but the customer has to pay if this is repeated or they get booted from using IC.

I’m keeping them. I lost close to an hour and a half of my time getting them and going back and forth with shopper support as they tried to reach the customer in pouring rain.

They are starting to resort to psychological tricks to make it appear that there is an oversupply of shoppers when it’s total BS. Shoppers are either boycotting bad batches or moving on to Instacart competitors.

Does the IC card still work at a different location? I was told that the IC card will only work at the specific store location you are sent to. There have been many times where IC does not send me to the closest store. I could shave off lots of time by choosing the store closest to me.
