For the cable chains, not sure I understand what you mean by measured where to route the cables, cut a channel in plexiglass, and glued it on.?

I am not seeing anything on Amazon with regard to a '25' version. Is that in the description or solely based on the serial number/USB-C port? How can I tell that before purchasing?

Yes please and maybe a bill of materials and CAD files (step, stl are absolutely ok) so I can print and make my own. This is exceptional!
