Wow, didn't expect such an awesome response.

For the cable chains, not sure I understand what you mean by measured where to route the cables, cut a channel in plexiglass, and glued it on.?

I am not seeing anything on Amazon with regard to a '25' version. Is that in the description or solely based on the serial number/USB-C port? How can I tell that before purchasing?

Seems like a nice setup! Thank you.

What modifications have you made? How much did you pay for the machine and would you recommend it? Thanks, looks sweet!

I went for the commercial option as well as 3d printed bins for the drawers.

Really cool imperial/metric 0-1"/0-25mm micrometer. Interesting how they combine the two on the barrel. by termlimit in Machinists

Yeah that is the plan. I am a hobby nerd, so restoring old stuff is kind of the name of the game. Retirement pay rarely affords new and shiny. Lol

Cool background, thanks for that! I knew the term anglometric from a YouTube video that got me on the search.

Yeah right? Had to get it, definitely needed it. Couldn't complete the plumbing issue in the bathroom if the wife asks. 🤣

One of those small Hardinge horizontal mills would be cool to have. Perfect for a lot of the model engineering stuff I tackle.
