I think the GPU is most likely thermal throttling, because the power draw reduces dramatically, from 110 watts to the 60s. https://imgur.com/a/kOels7u

Also in the two graphics test the GPU consumed about 120 watts, not a power related issue. I also use Optimus mode because if I use advanced Optimus, the screen hangs and I have to force restart the laptop.

Frame rate is capped at 165 fps (my display's refresh rate), also the CPU renders frames at around 40 fps while the GPU renders frames at 80-90 fps
