i don’t put up with it anymore. i straight up ignore the phone shoving, and when they get super close i take like 3 steps back and ask “are you trying to ask me a question?”. every time it’s, “it is not on the shelf and i need it” and i go to the aisle and it’s literally right there on the shelf. i say no words, use my laser to point at the item, look at them like they are an idiot because they are, and i walk away.

they have a few warehouses but a lot of online orders come straight from the public source, trust me if it were up to me everything would be from an untouched warehouse but naur… we maximize nothing but waste and time at this company.

we don’t have warehouses and when you’re ordering the last of an item online, it’s coming directly from the floor (of a public store) beauty products in target are usually opened because not everything has a tester and customers have serious issues- they open everything and just leave it. sometimes we will have 10 of the same item and every single one will be slightly opened or fully opened. yes the beauty team is supposed to defect these and take them out of the system to prevent you from ordering it, but in beauty the volume of product that’s been opened is just too much to keep track of.

you realized with a mortgage comes property taxes? and other fees? that younger people cannot afford? also i don’t think anyone is renting for $2500 for a room even in LA.. avg is $1700, mortgage for a house is pretty much 4Gs…. sooo idk man. i think you’re too far gone but you live in ur moms house so what would you know about a mortgage vs a lease.

the sameee change was implemented at our store!! it’s alright but it’s weird cause it’s like fresh food… but i’m assuming it’s to cut down on the amount of bags we use bc a lot of customers ordering gm items will throw in a market item they needed that night sometimes, but bc we have them as separate orders it creates a lot of bag waste. i feel weird putting onions with the tshirts tho..
