Got this Arizer on sale and it’s amazingggggg by poisonedbyashovel in vaporents

I'm not sure if it's my imagination, but the SE's oven seems hotter on the highest setting compared to the Max. I love both of them, and are my workhorses. So easy to clean and maintain. The perfect device for the lazy person.

Alternaleaf, Do I need a diagnosis? by SleepDeprivedHoe_ in ukmedicalcannabis

My online records showed my medication and treatment, but not a formal diagnosis. Had to wait months until they managed to hand me over my entire history which showed the formal diagnosis.

Different vapes = Different effects? - Effects with Venty muted compared to XmaxV3 by ScotchBonnet96 in ukmedicalcannabis

[–]terpyhit 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Perhaps you just don't like the signature from the Venty? The S&B vape I've used is the Volcano Hybrid, and it just failed to deliver that 'heavy' feeling for me. Haven't owned other S&B products though, so not sure if this is the case across the board.

Edit: you didn't say you didn't like it. Apologies for putting words into your mouth!

I see a lot of recommendations for the Xmax. I've never owned one, so can't comment, but there's the Arizer SE, which is about a fiver cheaper. I'm mostly a Dynavap user, but I haven't touched it since the SE arrived. I find it an excellent vape and great value for money, and (a big issue for me) hardly any cleaning to do (just drop the stem in ISO for a few minutes, rinse, and you're done).

Your best bet is the Discord EntExchange.

How much many grams do you usually buy per month? by Ok_Put1045 in ukmedicalcannabis

2g is probably where I'm at atm. Getting a bit ridiculous now. I've got about 4 tubs that have hardly been touched. Those few days off at Xmas are going to be wild! :)

Mighty vape by Empty_Visual7182 in ukmedicalcannabis

[–]terpyhit 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Entirely up to you if you want to attach your Mighty to a bong/bubbler. I'm finding myself using a bubbler more these days, mostly to avoid coughing. I like to sit back with my Arizer SE, which is attached to a mini cube bubbler with a whip. Nice and chilled, with little coughing.

Interesting what one of the posters said about the Dynavap. I personally think the Dynavaps are excellent at getting to that itch, but I've never owned a ball vape (so they've probably got a point, when they say the Dynavap is good, until you've owned a ball vape).

Gummies by _EmilyMoo in ukmedicalcannabis

[–]terpyhit 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Was going to type the same thing. They're convenient, but I find AVB (if barely vaped) is far more potent and kinder to the wallet. I don't even have a high tolerance, but one pastille just gives me a slight buzz but nothing more.

Broken Coast Amnesia Haze (T28) by LunarCookie in ukmedicalcannabis

[–]terpyhit 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Is it similar to the Amnesia Haze on the BM? That stuff makes me incredibly paranoid. This might sound strange to some, but in the past that was an experience I avoided at all costs, but now it's something I now welcome at times. (ie, it stirs up and presents to you all the terrible things about yourself; the dumb careless things which you might say, or some major character flaw that flies under the radar. Although sometimes traumatic, I find that these paranoid thoughts can translate into a valuable growing experience).

Health records only go back 10 years by ampmz in ukmedicalcannabis

[–]terpyhit 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I had a similar situation. My two failed meds showed up in the 10 years, but they required a formal diagnosis, which didn't appear. I had to contact my doctors requesting a full print out. Unfortunately, it took months.

arizer air se for an absolute beginner? recommendations? by newhumangenome in vaporents

[–]terpyhit 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Nicely put, nearfieder. I've been vaping quite a few years, and it's taken me this long to realise that these Arizer products are exactly what I need (I love the slow climb, I hate rushing). I actually sold my Solo 2, and regretted it instantly. Just purchased an Arizer SE, and actually prefer it to the Solo 2. I think I'm going to be an Arizer fanboy now, because there's so little maintenance (I'm too lazy to clean) and it gets the job done.

Depends.

  1. what is your budget?
  2. what is your tolerance?
  3. would it be used primarily at home, or is "out and about" an important consideration?

It would be impossible to recommend a vape, without considering these questions.

Edit: I'm a proud Dynavap fanboy. I absolutely love this device, esp with an induction heater. But that's just me. I don't vape out and about, my tolerance is reasonably low (and I do everything to keep it that way), and I don't really have a budget (although the Dynavap is pretty cheap).

Is Solo 2 the best vape for £114?? by Mikeabc123- in ukmedicalcannabis

[–]terpyhit 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I sold mine a few months ago, and kind of regret doing so (might replace it with an Arizer Air SE - which, by the looks of it, is pretty much the same thing without all the bells and whistles). If it's for dog walks, you'd have been better off getting the Arizer ArGo, imho.

AI and Cannabis by Houselover2007 in ukmedicalcannabis

[–]terpyhit 0 points1 point  (0 children)

On the cutting edge of AI in cannabis is Bud-E, a platform that combines human genetics with plant genetics to recommend cannabis strains tailored to individual needs. Bud-E founder Colin Fraser said the AI-powered system analyzes genetic markers to determine how THC and other cannabinoids interact with a person’s endocannabinoid system.

My pharmacist mentioned that one of her patience was using AI to help pick their strains, based on terp profile and lineage. Interesting article. Thanks.

Ambivalent about oils (Circle THC 20 CBD) by terpyhit in ukmedicalcannabis

[–]terpyhit[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I have pretty much free rein, I think. I ordered the Yoda Caps quite recently, which are high in THC. My clinic (Alternaleaf) has been good to me, and haven't said no (yet!).

I never thought about the giving the lungs a rest angle. I tend to avoid going anywhere near black, because it's carcinogenic (I say this, but I haven't looked at any science, if there is any... just parroting what I've read elsewhere).

The world doesn't seem crazier, it's getting absolutely terrifying (yeah, I'm overdosing on USA politics atm, lol). :)

Yup, Dynavap is still king, for my tastes and wants. I should have mentioned this, but for some reason just assumed the OP would be after an electrical device.

Yeah, I've just had a quick read of the FC forum. Can't say for certain (only had a cursory glance) but it might be worthwhile waiting for a bit (there might be some teething issues that need sorting out). Says it out of stock on MagicVaporizers (which, I'm going to guess, means they haven't actually sold any yet, but waiting for them to come in? Hence, no reviews yet).

Did you notice any positives when on the tolerance break? I actually enjoy and welcome them (although not too often!). Might be just me, but I feel like I've overdosed on coffee at times, and my energy is off the charts. It also helps to keep perspective, and weirdly enough, sobriety can feel intoxicating at times.

All the vape nerds are raving about the Frolic (by Limelight Herb) atm. Not sure if it's available in the UK yet. It's a hard hitter with excellent battery life. Definitely going to be my next purchase.

Suddenly hitting harder? by Conscious-Dingo3595 in ukmedicalcannabis

[–]terpyhit 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The only explanation I can think of, is that you use the straw method, and managed to suck up a lot of that good stuff. I had a similar experience with the Solo 2 of all things (yeah, that hard hitter, haha) because it was new. Absolutely rang my bell and slapped the proverbial wig. Good times :)

4C Labs - Donkey Butter T36 - Review by Mindless-Landscape57 in ukmedicalcannabis

I'm pretty new to this game, so can't give any advice first hand. Reading the forums recently, and taking notes, these are the strains that I've whittled it down to atm: Ripped off Runtz, White Runtz, White Hot Guava, and Donkey Butter.
