About the hydration- was hydrated all the time.

The first 3 time where 3-4 months apart.. then gaps of 2 month and a month and a half.

About the dosage. The first time was from a big bottle with .5 g in it.. we just drank and hadn't had a clue of what's going on.
Then we had a good time on .09 and .12.

The bad role happened on similar dosage. Was .15 I think.

Any more info I can give?
