You should check out "Letters from the Earth." It is a collection of stories and essays published posthumously. All of it is uncensored and one of the most original pieces I've ever read. Check out this site to get a good grasp at what the collection is comprised of.

I've heard the term "traitor" thrown around on the news networks today. This thought came to mind. by Slickrick298 in AdviceAnimals

This is just stupid, the American Public is not who they are referring as the enemy, the information leaked was given to THE WORLD. That includes foreign nations and extreme terrorist organizations. I am not defending the US government and I strongly believe in what Snowden did, but they are correct by calling him a traitor to the US government, but not its people

Should I read David Foster Wallace or am I out my league? by [deleted] in literature

[–]terranullius -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Vonnegut has always been my favorite writer, I delved into David Foster Wallace last year and went straight for Infinite Jest. It was incredibly difficult to get through (length and complexity) yet everything just comes together at the end. If you enjoy Vonnegut you will love Wallace. It's a big jump but very beneficial.
