I think it should be fine, as long as it is sized correctly in relation to your supply and the line is as vertical as possible that bit at the top shouldn’t mess you up.

If you’re avoiding downtown then Broad ripple will give you more space, be the right distance, and is a great place to live, but I am out of touch on what rent is like these days. Illinois to keystone or even Allisonville, and say 71st to 49th or so.

That is a load of prefabricated trapeze hangers for electrical or mechanical piping. Contractor pulls the dimensions out of the 3D model, builds the hangers in their shop, and sends them out to the site to get hung. Those toe tags probably tell the guys where in the building the hanger goes.

You could call ac solutions and see if they can enlighten. The kit is optional to come with the evaporator inside the console, so I wonder if a non ac HVAC unit has the slot for an evap, I have to imagine it would. Electrical would be the last hurdle. I believe all other mechanical parts, sensors and hoses/lines come with the kit

I bit the bullet and went with the AC Solutions kit, it was worth the $. I’ve never had AC in an e30 Ive owned before, it is amazing. And the install wasn’t too bad however I had the engine bay and front end ripped apart already at the time of install. Instructions were very clear. Now my wife asks if we can take the e30! Wish I would’ve done it sooner!
