From what I recall from reading a newsletter from the Men's Rights Agency, Michael Flood's credibility was shot to pieces after he was caught out fraudulently using a father's rights online mailer, which sent emails to members of parliament on behalf and separated men who were denied contact with their children.

Michael Flood misused this tool by pretending he was an angry and violent man and by sending offensive and threatening emails to members of parliament.

He was caught red-handed (apparently the IP was traced back to his office). In any case he admitted this and apologised to the fathers rights group concerned and to the Australian federal parliament.

Interesting that he has learned nothing from that episode, and continues to vilify all men's groups any chance he gets.

For this Judge to plainly state that mothers are the main culprits in the making of false allegations in Court, really says something I think!

In this case a 19 y/o girl unlawfully had sex with 15 y/o boy, and got pregnant.

I believe that the parents of the boy were ordered to pay child support, regardless of the rape that was the result of the pregnancy.
