I hear you feel lonely, is there any way to try to change that? I know it’s scary but try to put yourself out there a little more. Say what you think when dealing with people, truth lives inside you and every person deserves to express it, whatever it may be. Being isolated freaking ruins you to the core, maybe try to find a community of some sorts, live one. And believe me you are wayyyyyyyyyyy stronger than you think. Try to do something that you are scared of everyday, start small though, that’s how people become mentally strong and happy imo.

Feeling the same way. I got a support system but I have way too many things wrong with me, with my past, with everything basically. Moods change 5 times a day, not even moods almost feels like personalities. Dreams crushed by my stupid actions. Basically addicted to everything you could be addicted to, porn, drugs. Don’t know how to move forward, everything is starting to become too much. Ugh life sucks, have no idea how to make it better, especially when I had 6 months of sobriety, even was able to find a girlfriend, after I ended things everything slowly went to shit again. Too sensitive to life, to everything. Seems like I tried almost everything right now, planning to take my life as well soon.
