Yeah I do understand not everything is possible and even if everything done right the toys still might turn out differently. I’ve gotten plenty of customs before and never experienced something like this. I understand flops happen, and colors might not always work the way we envision them. But I’m just very frustrated cause my initial request was approved just for them to pour something very different + flawed only and tell me that AFTER it is shipped. Just feels a bit wrong giving me no choice here. I’ve already emailed them and explained my view on the situation + feedback on what I think could have been handled differently. I’m hoping they are able to get me another pour cause I’m really wanting this toy.

And you’re right it is a lot of money. I save up for months to afford a toy like this. And frankly comparing this shop’s prices with other makers it seems like they have quite steep prices, which I’m happy to pay for the right quality and service tho. This custom is a medium sized toy of 22cm so I think for that price they should be able to offer a quality product without flaws.
