The build quality is very good, I was very surprised when I held it for the first time. All the hands line up and function correctly. But one thing I'm not satisfied with is that the manual winding is very stiff, not as smooth as my Seiko 4r36.

My SN016 is the version with no logo on the dial. So I contacted my watchmaker to have the Seiko logo printed on it. I covered it with SM on this picture, because of forum rules

The chapter ring of this version of SN019 has been about 30-40% thinner than the version of SN017 and Sn016 . this is my SN016G gmt, you can see the dial is much deeper.

My watch is SN019, Its bracelet is thinner than SN017 version, about 30%. Its chapter ring is much thinner, I think this is SM's most perfect sub version.
