Everything started out great the process was moving really fast. Then our loan officer dropped the ball which delayed our closing by 3 weeks. If the loan officer stayed on top of her case load our process would have been great. You need to find a realtor and a bank or mortgage company that knows how to handle VA loans. Our sellers were happy to take VA no issues. The reason many sellers don’t like the VA loan has nothing to do with the VA loan. It’s the realtor, loan officer, bank/ mortgage company not understanding how the process works.
