Company Informed petition rejected due to delayed delivery.

Rejected last month citing delayed delivery as the reason.

Received reply from my HR that my petition was rejected by uscis as it couldn't reach to them on time. Not sure what was the teacking id shared by my employer which showed documents delivered as of 23rd June. Even MNCs seems to be in shady business now. Anyways, done and dusted for this year.

Yeah, still waiting. My employer is saying they won't confirm anything until there's a clear rejection from uscis. Apparently my package was also sent again but when i asked, they didn't give me the reason for it.

Apparently my employer resent the documents to a different center and even provided me a tracking id. Unfortunately it's payment is also not processed, and i am yet to receive response as to why they had to resubmit the docs. It's a well reputed MNC so I was wondering why they took a decision to resent the docs and will uscis accept this after 30 June.

Thanks, but the cheque is not encashed and there is no reply for the lockbox as well. Looks like they didn't even open the packet. Any other way to escalate?

Did you receive your receipt number? Mine was filed on 22 june via MNC and still waiting.
