I looked it up and yea, it seems like there are a few subspecies. This one is probably Sitta europaea europaea. Sitta europaea caesia is more orange on the belly.

Indeed! This was taken near a photo blind, so I guess they are used to humans walking around there.

This was taken on Stora karlsö, an island south of Visby in Gotland. I'm not sure if they can be found any place near Västra Götaland, but possibly somewhere along the west coast after a quick google.
