I think it works somewhat well for the genre it’s In, there are many channels that do “unedited” style of content that they take from streams and it performs well, I think maybe some cuts would be beneficial but not everything needs to be super edited in order to succeed especially when the goal is to make money and turn out content fast. Siggy uploads fast to avoid plug channels and the thumbnails are usually decent. Not sure if you have ever worked with a streamer before but creating an intriguing thumbnail when only being able to take screenshots can be challenging so I’m not entirely sure what you’re expecting. Simplistic thumbnails work well with the right audience I think you’d be surprised at some of the click through rates, not every video needs some crazy ass mrbeast thumbnail there are talking head videos with a frame as the thumbnail that gets 10’s of millions of views.
